"Alleehöfe" and "Taunus Carée" offer modern apartments and commercial units

The LECHNER Group, who have already planned numerous projects in Riedberg are due to begin two new building projects at Riedberg Mitte and Altkönigblick. A total of 82 apartments and three commercial units are being planned.

The projectTaunus Carée is on the corner of Altenhöferallee and Graf-von-Stauffenberg-Allee in Altkönigblick. There will be four buildings with 24 studio apartments and seven penthouses. The building rounds off the neighbouring buildings and completes the the local amenities by opening its ground floor to be used as shops. In the surrounding buildings, there is already an Italian restaurant, doctor's surgeries and office space. The inspiration for the name came from the view of the Feldberg and Altkönig to the northwest.

The"Alleehöfe" are near "Mitte" on Robert-Koch-Allee and located in immediate proximity to Riedberg centre and the underground station "Uni Campus Riedberg". There will be 43 studio apartments and eight penthouses in an urban environment. Both projects are due to start immediately.

The designs for both projects stem from the well known planquadrat architects from Darmstadt. The architecture is characterised by creating differentiated and accentuated buildings, that offer versatile relationships with the outdoor world. Some of the special features include a delicate loggia and conservatory-like glazing.
